What I'm doing:

I am working/living with 7 other young adults from around the world. Our team's purpose is not to evangelize, but to help incoming refugees seeking shelter, food and support. Each of us has been assigned a specific role to carry out during our stay from working at the food bank to home restoration.

My job placement is located within International Headquarters specifically in the Publications Department. I am volunteering full time at our international headquarters (HQ) as well as our Jerusalem Assistance Center (JAC). My hours are Monday to Thursday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The tentative cost of tuition for the Zealous program is $7,500 USD. However, this is liable to change. Tuition includes housing, food budget, transportation in Jerusalem, educational materials, and monthly excursions. This does not include airfare, insurance, and personal expenses (i.e. clothes, personal items, eating out, and entertainment).

Your financial support will help me not only pay for tuition but help cover necessities while I'm there. Since this is a volunteer position I will not be making any money and will be relying on monthly donations from people like you!
